Introduction
Welcome to playtime33. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and playtime33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the playtime33 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

Eligibility & Age Verification
To register and use the playtime33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in casino-style gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals below 21 years old. playtime33 enforces this requirement without exception.
- Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any laws applicable to you.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
- Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by playtime33 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
- One Account: You may only hold one active account on the playtime33 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Age Verification: playtime33 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
Account Registration & Security
When registering a playtime33 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your playtime33 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security.
- Do not share your playtime33 login credentials with any third party.
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by playtime33.
- Notify our support team immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
playtime33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you have notified us of a security breach and we have taken appropriate action.
KYC Verification: All accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID). Proof of payment method ownership may also be required.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
playtime33 supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
Deposits:
- Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly to your playtime33 account balance.
- Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. The general minimum deposit is ₱100.
- playtime33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days.
- Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used for deposits or to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player.
- playtime33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier and verification status.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.
Anti-Money Laundering: playtime33 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that we reasonably suspect may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
Bonuses & Promotions
playtime33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. playtime33 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
- Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
- Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- Weekly Cashback: The playtime33 automatic Monday cashback is credited to eligible accounts based on net losses during the preceding week. Cashback amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal.
playtime33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the playtime33 Platform:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and in violation of these Terms.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the verification process.
- Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
- Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's games or systems. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward playtime33 staff or other players.
Consequences: Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.
Games & Betting Rules
All games available on the playtime33 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, virtual sports, joker poker, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay outcomes.
- RNG Certification: All non-live games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
- Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment.
- Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a game round, playtime33 will attempt to complete the round using the last valid game state recorded on our servers. The Company's decision on the outcome of any interrupted game round is final.
- Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts will be voided. playtime33 will not be liable for any losses arising from a game malfunction.
- Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. playtime33 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
Responsible Gaming
playtime33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Intellectual Property
All content on the playtime33 Platform — including but not limited to the playtime33 name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of playtime33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
- Use any playtime33 trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.
Any unauthorized use of playtime33's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by playtime33 and its licensors.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playtime33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
- Any reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Maximum Liability: In any event, playtime33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your playtime33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by playtime33 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, payment processing, gameplay, and customer support interactions.
playtime33 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution of any legal claims.
Regulatory Compliance: playtime33 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
Amendments to These Terms
playtime33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.
